Each latex rubber tube measures approximately 4 feet (122 cm) in length unstretched. The length of the tubing with handles included is approximately 4.6 feet (140 cm). The tube can be safely stretched up to twice its resting length to accommodate full body exercises.

Door Anchor Instructions
1. Open the door and insert the large/wedged end of door anchor through the space between the HINGE side of the door and the door frame. Adjust the height of the door anchor as needed.
2. Close the door. Lock the door if possible.
3. Place the tube or band through the door anchor loop.
4. Test the door anchor by pulling on the bands or tubing.
