If you are looking for an affordable way to train all muscle groups, then consider our resistance exercise tube with door anchor and DVD set. The resistance band is the same one used by high profile schools/colleges, clinical institutions, athletic training facilities, and more. The rubber tubing measures approximately 4 feet (122 cm) in length unstretched. The length of the tubing with handles included is approximately 4.6 feet (140 cm). The tube can be safely stretched up to twice its resting length to accommodate full body exercises.

Yellow | Considered “light” resistance for most group fitness classes. Ideal for rehabilitation, beginning fitness levels, and active adults. |
Green | Considered “medium” resistance for most women and “light” for most men. Ideal for moderately trained individuals and active adults. |
Red | Considered “medium/heavy” resistance for most women and “medium” for most men. For certain overhead exercises (e.g. triceps extensions or presses), considered “heavy” for women and “medium/heavy” for men. |

Door Anchor Instructions
1. Open the door and insert the large/wedged end of door anchor through the space between the HINGE side of the door and the door frame. Adjust the height of the door anchor as needed.
2. Close the door. Lock the door if possible.
3. Place the tube or band through the door anchor loop.
4. Test the door anchor by pulling on the bands or tubing.
